My mission is to equip people’s bodies and minds to do what inspires them for as long as possible, so that they could fulfill their life’s mission. I believe it is possible when you are thriving in all the main domains of human experience. After more than 10 years in the fitness industry I know how to craft highly personalizedtraining programs and nutrition plans, help foster new habits and mindset, train clients around their injuries and health conditions that prevented them from exercising. With my training method I aim to improve all the main physical functions of the body: Musculo-skeletal, Cardio-respiratory, Balance, Mobility, Neuro-muscular.
I believe in a holistic approach to human health. Physiology is closely connected to psychology. My most successful clients are able to adopt the right mindset and as a result see the positive changes in more than just physical dimension of their lives.
My approach to nutrition coaching is unique in that it focuses on both nutrition science and behavior change. A lot of times it’s not about food. It’s about what you think and what you believe is possible.
My approach is client-centered, multi-factorial, and highly individualized. I genuinely care for my clients. This allows me to learn about my clients' unique needs and expectations.
In order to serve my clients’ unique needs I am staying current ( and lots of times ahead or the curve) with the latest research in areas of human physiology, psychology, human behavior, as well as recovery, sleep and stress management.
